While Drake and Merci are racing against the clock to discover the where abouts of Excalibur, Arthur is dealing with his own problems.

A sensation of something heavy sinking in his gut hit him. A premonition, perhaps. Stranger things were known to happen. Arthur knew this all too well since he considered himself one of those “strange” things.

     He spied the white triangle of paper in the messenger’s hands. Things were going to get very, very bad he knew it deep in his bones.
